Geethanjali has been a Bharathanatyam disciple of Guru Girish Kumar Panickker from 1998, since the age of 5. She has taken part in numerous performances such as SIFAS Academy Day dances, Vishu Nights, the Dance Drama “Bells in Trance”, Singapore Art Festival 2005, Deepavali programmes and ceremonial functions at temples.
She has been an active participant in the Singapore Youth Festival ’05 and has won a Gold with Honours award for her school.
She has represented her school, Cedar Girls’ Secondary in various dance competitions. Through this performance, Geethanjali hopes to enrich herself.
