A disciple of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri Semmangudi R Srinivasa Iyer, Pavan is devoted to Carnatic Music. He has been fortunate to accompany the ‘pitamaha’ on stage during concerts from 1995 to 2000.
Sri T V Gopalkrishnan taught him concert music and the nuances of voice culture for more than 6 years. Currently he is under the guidance of Padmabhushan Sri P S Narayanaswamy. Pavan, with an impressive repertoire, has a profound understanding of ‘bhakthi’ & ‘bhaava’ in Music.
Pavan has received rave reviews in renowned newspapers of India such as Indian Express, The Hindu, Deccan Herald, and other regional newspapers.
