Trishala is learning Carnatic Music from Mrs. Geetha Sridhar at SIFAS. She won the Best Student award in Carnatic Vocal June 2002. Trishala obtained her Diploma in Carnatic vocal and the title "Sangeetha Visharad" from SIFAS in 2004.
Trishala has won the first prize in National Indian Music Competition 2004 held by NAC Singapore. Trishala performed her inaugural Carnatic vocal concert in 2002 and has given several concerts in Singapore, Chennai and Mumbai.
Trishala has completed her eighth grade in Western Violin and 6th Grade in Piano. She also learns Bharathanatyam at SIFAS.
Trishala is an IB student at United World College.
