SIFAS embodies an ethos of cultural agency and artistic development. We aim to inspire the youth, create a vibrant network of trained artists and create an atmosphere of lifelong learning.

The Cultural Matching Fund (CMF) is a fund set up by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth to provide dollar-for-dollar (1:1) matching grants for private cash donations to arts and heritage charities and Institutes of Public Character. All donations to SIFAS will be eligible for dollar-for-dollar matching from CMF.
