Productions & Programmes Executive - Audiovisual Technician

Main Responsibilities:
  • In charge of the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment in school compounds.
  • Provide technical support in lighting, audio, video and stage for events by the Authority or external organizations.
  • Lighting - Set up, operate, and manage lighting equipment used during events.
  • Audio - Set up and manage audio equipment, such as microphones, speakers, mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue), and any other audio-related technology.
  • Ensure that the sound quality is optimal for both live audiences and recordings, if applicable. The personnel shall handle the balancing of audio levels, manage live feeds, and ensure clear audio delivery for speeches, music, and other sound elements of the event.
  • Video - Manage video equipment such as cameras, projectors, screens, and video editing tools. The personnel will be involved in live-streaming events, recording them for later broadcast, or displaying various visual elements on screens during the event. The personnel shall ensure the video quality and visual content are aligned with the event's objectives.
  • Stage Management - Set up and manage the physical stage where the event takes place. The Personnel shall provide assistance to ensure that the stage is safe, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary elements like podiums and seating arrangements. He/she shall ensure smooth transitions between different segments of each event, such as speeches, performances, or presentations.
  • Create production schedule.
  • Handle bookings inquiry of our various locations.
