ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

  • ​Subscription for ordinary membership is renewed annually on the January 1st of each year.
  • Ordinary membership fee (payable annually in January):  $100
  • ​Ordinary membership fee for half-year (payable in July): $50

LIFE MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

Life membership fee (one-time): $1000

RIGHTS & PRIVILEGES

  • Life and ordinary members shall have the right to vote and to hold office. A member is entitled to attend and vote at an annual general meeting or extraordinary general meeting. A member is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. The proxy must be a member of the Society.
  • Members of the Society have the right to inspect the records of the society on giving 7 days’ notice in writing to the Honorary General Secretary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A member whose subscription is in arrears of 3 months shall be notified of the fact in writing to his last known address and if the arrears is not settled, he shall cease to be a member. 
  • A member who has ceased to be a member may be readmitted by the Management Committee on payment of all arrears due.​
  • Every member shall update the admin immediately of any changes in his correspondence address, phone and email address. All communications to a member shall be deemed to have been duly served if dispatched to the address last notified by him.​

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

An Honorary Membership is bestowed upon invitation of the Management Committee to any person who has rendered distinguished service to the SIFAS in particular or to Indian fine arts in general.
