Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director of SIFAS, the Programmes & Productions Executive/Manager/Senior Manager will successfully aid in or plan, coordinate and manage SIFAS' internal and external programmes, bookings, festivals, and productions, locally and internationally.

Job Functions
- Manage/aid the Productions Company of SIFAS
- Aid in grant applications and submissions
- Aid in creating and curating events and programmes to build on audience development and education
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, plan and implement all events efficiently
- Plan and implement logistics needed and event-day coordination
- Prepare post- event report preparation to management
- Manage the programmes calendar
- Liaise with external vendors include venue, production crew, volunteers, artistes, etc,.
- Manage relationships with artistes, vendors and volunteers for various programmes
- Plan and monitor budget, including revenue and expenses, and liaising with Finance on quotations, invoices and payments
- Prepare all information necessary for marcomms
- Manage facilities bookings at SIFAS Campus and SIFAS Annexe
- Ensure and monitor impact of programmes for 1. Revenue building, 2. Studentship increase, 3. Growing brand visibility and 4. New audience development

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in events/productions management/logistics
- Interest or passion in the arts, culture, heritage sectors (preferred)
- Ability to speak/write any Indian language is a plus
- Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic and team player
- Positive, energetic, hands- on attitude, ready to take on challenges
- Able to work on weeknights/weekends, as necessary
- Organised and detailed with multi-tasking skills
FINANCE & ACCOUNTS- Executive/Manager

Job Functions
- Aid the Finance Manager/Senior Manager for SIFAS in activities relating to, Budgeting/Planning, finalization of P&L, Balance sheet, manage the Cashflows and prepare Cash flow forecasts and be the single point of contact for all Business Information for the Management committee.
- Aid in managing the treasury activities such as managing bank balances, placement of fixed deposits and any other investments under the guidance of VP finance and Finance committee.
- Aid in claiming applicable government grant / subsidies for SIFAS on a timely basis.
- Aid in establishing and managing all processes relating to efficient Administration of SIFAS such as Membership admission, Studentship admission, collection of fees, correspondence with Members and Students in relation to their academic activities, managing of accurate database of memberships, studentship and their attendance, effective management of teachers’ lessons.
- Aid in managing the systems that supports Customer (Members/Students) relationship management, Classes and lessons management, Fees collection, Operations of SIFAS and all Finance activities.
- Manage all vendor contracts. This will include ensuring SIFAS obtains the best value for the price it pays and developing KPIs (where possible & necessary) to help in deriving the right value from vendor services.
- Aid in taking lead in systems implementation that relates to Administration, Finance and that covers Operational activities of SIFAS.
- Aid in audit preparation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Finance/Accounts
- Basic knowledge in finance processes and policies
- Experience using Accounting Software such as Tally preferred
- Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic and team player
- Positive, energetic, hands- on attitude, ready to take on challenges
- Extremely disciplined, organised and able to multi-task
INTERN - ACADEMY
Main Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Assisting to conduct the Vikasa – Early Childhood programme with one Academy staff (training will be giving on the job)
- Purchase and preparation of artwork for the Vikasa – Early Childhood programme (guided by the Academy team)
- Preparation of weekly report in the form of pic collages to be sent to the parents, and any other documentation
- Assisting to prepare for the annual examinations
Requirements:
- Number of days to commit per week: 2 days:
- Saturday – 9 am – 5 pm (Non-negotiable)
- Wednesday or Thursday
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Duration – minimum 3 months. Extendable upon mutual agreement.
- Remuneration provided.
INTERN - FINANCE DEPARTMENT / ADMIN
Main Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Sorting and accounting for all online transfers (payments made by members / students)
- Helping with the examination process
Requirements:
- Weekly – 5.5 days
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Commitment – minimum 3 months. Extendable upon mutual agreement.
- Remuneration provided.
