Senior Manager – Administration & Human Resources
About the Role:
SIFAS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Administration & HR to lead our academy operations and people functions. This role plays a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth academy administration, strong HR governance and effective support for our artistic and educational mission.
You will oversee end-to-end academy administration, human resources and operational systems, while working closely with senior leadership, tutors, students and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
SIFAS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Administration & HR to lead our academy operations and people functions. You will oversee end-to-end academy administration, human resources and operational systems, while working closely with senior leadership, tutors, students and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Academy & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day academy and administrative operations
- Manage student, parent, tutor and stakeholder services
- Support timetabling, examinations, student records and academic processes
- Lead and develop the Administration and Academy teams
- Drive systems, process improvements and digital transformation
- Act as Project Manager for SIFAS’s ERP–CRM system
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning
- Handle S Pass applications and MOM compliance
- Lead performance appraisals and staff development
- Manage employee relations, grievances and HR policies
- Oversee leave, attendance and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, training and work passes
Organisational Support
- Coordinate key academy programmes and events such as Open House, examinations, AGM, student showcases and parent-tutor meetings
- Support budgeting, planning and cross-departmental projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 6 years' experience in HR and/or management
- Strong experience with S Pass processing and Singapore employment laws
- Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and digital workflows
- High integrity, professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Experience in an education or arts organisation is an advantage

EXECUTIVE – Administration & ACADEMY

SIFAS is seeking an experienced Administration & Academy Executive to oversee academy operations and support academic and student processes. You will manage day-to-day workflows, reports, finance support and key academy projects, ensuring smooth operations across students, tutors and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Academy & Administration
- Manage student processes: enrolments, withdrawals, breaks, and discontinuations
- Create student profiles and update class schedules accurately
- Send registration emails and maintain student email lists
- Track and update academic and tutor metrics
Reports & Data Management
- Conduct data clean-up and verify accuracy of student and tutor reports
- Monitor attendance, headcount, and academic progress
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily operational reports
Finance Support
- Verify withdrawal lists and process credit notes/refunds accurately
- Ensure payment plans for new enrolments are applied correctly
- Process credit card and petty cash expenses
- Liaise with leadership for approvals
Academy Operations & Project Support
- Prepare tutor meetings: agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Track experiential learning activities and record outcomes
- Support examinations, open houses, graduation, and other events
- Implement ERP/CRM updates and digital workflows
Ad Hoc & Special Projects
- Examinations, graduation ceremonies, tutor replacements, resignations
- Student promotions, testimonials, open house, extension of payment plans/classes
- FY admin reports, mid-year/year-end tutor appraisal data
- ERP/Ecole implementations, audit support, online transfer reconciliation
- Year-end report clean-up: membership inactivation, break student status confirmation, debtor clean-up
- Academy and programme support for upcoming year

EXECUTIVE – Finance
About the Role:
The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting. This role ensures accurate financial records, assists with compliance, and provides administrative support to senior finance staff, serving as a foundation for growth in finance and accounting careers.

The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting. This role ensures accurate financial records, assists with compliance, and provides administrative support to senior finance staff, serving as a foundation for growth in finance and accounting careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Provide administrative support to senior finance staff as needed.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Familiar with internet banking systems, handling remittances, and coordinating effectively with bankers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Willing to quickly learn and work with organization-specific financial systems and tools
Experience:
- 1–3 years in finance, accounts, or related administrative roles.
